If you decide to become part of the team and make EZPZ money just remember.. When you decide to join, you're not only paying for your kit, but $20 to ship it out to you too.

Try to join when those kits are on sale or a consultant has a coupon available. You have to put out $11.95 per month to keep your website up. Your first month is free. If you don't want your website, that's fine.

You can stop paying for it, BUT YOU CAN'T PLACE ORDERS BECAUSE ITS ALL DONE ONLINE. So yes, if you want to make money being a consultant, you have to pay a monthly fee. When you create face2face orders, your state/city sales tax will be different when you actually order it online. Online is 13.3% You get a discount when buying for yourself, but you still have to pay shipping if the order isn't 10lbs or more, or $50 and over.

"This product sells itself." ... You still have to put in the effort to make the sale, such as reaching out to other people other than friends and family. Truly, there are people out there that can do sales of $1k or more in a week and its all about networking. If you cannot network, do not take this opportunity.

Or at least do not take it as a mandatory or secondary income. Take it as a hobby. Do not ask on company facebook pages for help or support. Call the support line or call your sponsor.

Most of the people in the facebook groups are just like you, an independent consultant and they all have their own peace of mind. If you decide to reach out on Facebook, make sure to take each comment with a grain of salt.

Reason of review: Good quality.

Pink Zebra Pros: Products, Meaning behind the logo, Gives back to single moms, Working my own hours.

Pink Zebra Cons: Website fee, Hidden fees, Lack of information up front.

You do realize that all business start off with the owner/consultant paying out of pocket first, right? When you make yourself look silly trying to make someone else look like said!

Yes! If you purchase your kits at regular price $99 plus the shipping however you can earn that for FREE by Hosting a party thru a Consultant.

And whoever you signed up under should have spoken to you about the monthly fee of $11.95 which also includes an app on the cell phone for easier sales. If your a consultant and want to make money the best way is to do sales for your self-order products do parties and events. Blend Bashes are the Best way! However, You have to reach $400 in monthly online sales if you want a pay-check its is the Consultant manual that you should of read to see how it works.

I do this as a Hobby and I make ruff $400-**** a month depends on if I hold parties or events but either way. You should have asked all these questions prior to becoming a representative. I am sorry your upset but obviously, your Upline didn't have that conversation with you. I love the products and I love the FREE trips and the things Pink Zebra stands for.

Good Luck in your future marketing direct sales opportunities. PZSD

Unfortunately lack of information up front isnโ€™t the companies fault. That is the recruiting consultants responsibility to tell everybody they talk to.

The tax rate when you order is based on the location itโ€™s shipping to. So orders that come to my house I pay the tax rate of 10.25%. So when I sell inventory at shows thatโ€™s what I have to charge no matter where I am. If I didnโ€™t live in town I would pay 5.25% tax and thatโ€™s what I would charge.

There isnโ€™t any product that โ€œsells itselfโ€ and I hate hearing people use that term about anything. Itโ€™s completely missleading since common sense isnโ€™t as common now days. It does take effort and it is definitely not a quick money maker.

No MLM company is and thatโ€™s the main thing people get fristrated about. I have seen people complain about many different MLM/DS companies and itโ€™s because of things their sponsor told them that they never should have said.

I agree with Tess below. I'm no longer a PZ consultant due to our big move out of state but I was never "charged" the wrong tax, so not sure what you are accusing PZ of.

I think you're a little confused on that one there, and it's probably your own error. No need to blame the company because your accusation is completely false! When a company says that their product sells it itself, it doesn't mean literally. It means that they stand behind their product, and it's a good product.

And it's easy. Soy wax sprinkles that melt in a warmer. Yes, isn't that easy to explain. Every company where you sell is work.

Do you think you could get a job at a retail store, and just stand there and do/say nothing? No, it's work, just like anything else. I'm so sick and tired of seeing these complaints from lazy people that think a product will just fly off their shelves with the seller doing nothing. It's not a scam, it's a legit product behind a legit company.

Get off your butt and put the effort in! Let's remember there was a time before social media and networking when Avon, Mary Kay and Amway were still very successful. They worked their business without computers or internet. The expectations to make thousands while doing nothing doesn't exist!

Pink Zebra is an amazing company with wonderful products. But it does take work. You can claim the monthly fees on your taxes for the year, and ANY business related expenses. I did, I got 80% of it back including mileage.

Do your research on how to work from home and go from there. Complaining gets your nowhere.

I know this was from December but I just happened to come across your comment. I don't know how you are being charged the wrong tax on the site.

I've never had that. It's always been the amount I calculated beforehand. And as for a website fee, I have yet to find any company that won't charge you for a website they run for you. Scentsy, Tupperware, It Works etc all charge a website/back office fee.

And Pink Zebra has one of the lowest fees. I know one company that charges $20 a month. And I don't know who led you to believe that the product sells itself. No product does that.

There is always effort that needs to be made. Especially when introducing someone who has never heard of it to the product. And anymore with any product line you have to be able to network. I actually have done best with that and doing online parties because I'm naturally shy.

Plus as for local, going to festivals etc is a good way to gain more local clientele. As for the Facebook groups, I had always gotten lots of help from people on there and also offered advice as well if I could help when someone posted a question. I do agree with contacting the person that sponsored you as the best too. Mine was always very helpful no matter what I messaged her about and it's good one on one advice.

And we had good live calls every week to get info and for any help from one of our uplines.

Anyway, it's just my opinion. I'm sorry your experience wasn't good.
